3.1 Identity Verification Process

inn04 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time before processing a withdrawal request or for security purposes. A copy of a national identity card or appropriate government-issued document may be required for verification.

3.2 Consequences of Failing Verification

If identity verification fails or the required documents are not provided, the account may be temporarily suspended and pending withdrawals may be placed on hold.

4.4 Transaction Accuracy

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

inn04 offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus, up to ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳12,000, the bonus will be ৳5,000 and the total balance will be ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳25,000 (1,000 × 25) must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Earning Conditions

• The wagering requirement can only be met by placing bets on eligible games with bonus funds.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to claim other bonus offers.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If inn04 determines that there is evidence of bonus abuse, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.
