Responsible Gaming at inn04 — Your safety is our priority
inn04 believes that healthy, controlled gaming is the true source of enjoyment. We are always ready to keep you protected.
For ages 21+ only
Gaming on the inn04 platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above. Minors are completely prohibited from opening an account or participating in any gaming activity. If someone you know is a minor, use parental controls to prevent their access.
What is responsible gaming and why does it matter?
Gaming is a form of entertainment — not a guaranteed way to earn money. At inn04, we want every player to see gaming as a source of fun, not as a solution to financial problems. Responsible gaming means enjoying the experience while keeping your time, budget, and emotions in check.
In the excitement of playing, people sometimes go beyond their set limits. inn04 gives you several effective tools to help with this — deposit limits, a time-out feature, and self-exclusion. Using these tools is not a sign of weakness; it is the mark of an aware and sensible player.
Our support team is with you 24/7. If you feel you are struggling to control your gaming, contact us right away — via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Assistance is available in both Bengali and English.
- Setting a budget in advance
- Not chasing losses after a losing session
- Keeping your playing time limited
- Treating gaming as entertainment, not work
- Taking breaks when needed
- Maintaining time with family and friends
- Asking for help when you have a problem
inn04's tools to keep you protected
Set deposit limits
You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. If you want to raise the limit, a waiting period applies — which protects you from making decisions driven by emotion.
Time-out feature
Need a short break? With the time-out feature you can temporarily close your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. During this period you cannot access any games — giving you the chance to return with a clear head.
Self-exclusion
If you feel gaming is affecting your life, choose self-exclusion. inn04 lets you close your account for a period ranging from 6 months to a permanent ban. During an active self-exclusion, all promotional communications will also be stopped.
Reality check
You can view a summary of your gaming session at set intervals. This shows how long you have been playing and what your financial position looks like. This information helps you make informed decisions.
24/7 support
The inn04 support team is always ready to help with any concern or issue related to gaming. Speak directly via live chat or email [email protected] — assistance is available in Bengali and English, completely free of charge.
Account history review
You can view all your transactions and gaming history at any time. Reviewing your account regularly helps you spot unusual patterns early and makes it easier to take the right steps.
Warning signs of problematic gaming
When gaming shifts from entertainment to addiction, certain signs appear. If any of the following apply to your life, seek help now.
- Chasing losses by placing larger bets after losing
- Hiding your gaming from family or friends
- Feeling restless or irritable when not gaming
- Skipping meals or sleep to play for long periods
- Borrowing money or dipping into savings to fund gaming
- Repeatedly trying to stop but being unable to

Budget management and financial awareness
The minimum deposit at inn04 is ৳200 — kept intentionally low so players can start with small amounts and avoid large risks. The minimum withdrawal is ৳800.
Before each session, set a budget for yourself and do not go beyond it. The deposit limit feature automates this — once your set limit is reached, the system will automatically block any further deposits.
Transactions can be made through four reliable payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Before making a large deposit, take a moment to ask yourself — is this truly within my means?
Remember: gaming is entertainment based on chance. Never play with borrowed money or debt. Earnings from gaming are not guaranteed — keep this in mind every time you play at inn04.
VIP and bonus awareness
While inn04's VIP program and welcome bonus are appealing, read their terms carefully. The welcome bonus is 100%, up to ৳5,000, with a wagering requirement of 25x (on the bonus amount only). An informed player gets the most out of these offers.
Minor protection and parental responsibility
Minors (under 18, and strictly under 21) are completely prohibited from accessing the inn04 platform. An age verification process is followed at registration.
If younger family members use your device, install parental control software and never share your login details. Always keep your inn04 account locked.
Tips for protecting minors
- Make a habit of logging out from your device
- Do not share your password with anyone
- Keep parental controls active on personal devices
- Educate your children about the risks of online gaming
